Richard Peatman did his undergraduate work at UCLA and received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from USC in 1978. After graduation, he completed a two-year program in primary care at USC School of Medicine. In addition, he spent one and a half years as a research assistant in cardiology at UCLA. His experience in pharmacy includes working in hospitals and community pharmacies.
